One Thousand Museum received two Awards for Excellence from CTBUH

One Thousand Museum, Miami has received Awards for Excellence from the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) in two categories: Best Tall Building 200-299 meters & Structural Engineering Award. Founded in 1969, the non-profit CTBUH is the world’s leading resource focussing on the inception, design, construction, and operation of tall buildings and future cities.

One Thousand Museum’s 62-storey (216m/709ft) tower incorporates an external structure that brings a continuity between its engineering and architecture, defining generous living areas uninterrupted by internal columns with fantastic views over Biscayne Bay.

Adjacent to Miami’s waterside Museum Park, One Thousand Museum received its Temporary Certificate of Occupancy from the city earlier this year – marking another milestone towards welcoming its residents.
