One Thousand Museum in Miami receives Excellence in Structural Engineering (EiSE) 2019 Award

The EiSE Awards programme recognizes the innovative and complex projects completed by structural engineering firms based in New York City.

Working with DeSimone Consulting Engineers, Zaha Hadid Architects designed One Thousand Museum’s 62-storey (216m/709ft) tower to incorporate an external structure that brings a continuity between its engineering and architecture, defining generous living areas uninterrupted by internal columns with fantastic views over Biscayne Bay. .

Adjacent to Miami’s waterside Museum Park, One Thousand Museum recently received its Temporary Certificate of Occupancy from the city of Miami – marking another milestone towards officially welcoming its residents.
